ALT1

Our ALT 1 are our Global Navigators. We really would like these ALTs to be able to work well with their place of dispatch, to interact with all the students and co-teachers at their school, and to be part of their community.
The global navigators need to be able to use basic teaching techniques, follow the lesson plans that their HRTs or Senka teachers make, and conduct lessons with the appropriate English level for their classes.

ALT2

Our ALT 2 are our ELT. This means they have skills in at least intermediate teaching techniques, efficiently drill vocabulary and phrases at the appropriate time, and are able to resolve common teaching-related problems.

ALT3

Our ALT 3 can balance all of these things and more. These ALTs also hold additional roles on top of their role at their place of dispatch. These additional roles include being area leaders, assistant trainers, and curriculum designers. They have to perform advanced teaching techniques, be independent, and use logical thinking at any moment.

Trainer

Our trainers have to be multi-talented. They manage, motivate, and advise our ALTs in all three areas. Additionally, they have to organize area workshops and participate in area events, such as international events.
